It is no secret that real estate values in Arizona have dropped dramatically, but the fact that many homes in Seville Gilbert have declined in price as much as 50% – 60% is surprising to most.  Just 4 months ago, there were many bank owned homes in Seville Golf and Country Club and short sales in Seville Golf Community and very few buyers for these homes.  It was very common for homes to be on the market, at prices that seemed amazingly low, to sit on the market for years.  Then the market turned for Seville bank owned homes, Seville foreclosures and Seville short sales.
